Specializing in all phases of Masonry work and General Building including earthquake retro-fit work on both large and small projects has put Structure Solutions LLC in a unique niche. We also oversee and manage in-house trades such as framing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Our retro-fit knowledge is based upon our experience and involvement following Loma Lita and the 1994 Northridge, California earthquake. Structure Solutions LLC is knowledgeable and has solid relationships with it’s clients, insurance adjusters, city engineers, FEMA, and architectural professionals as well as having the due diligence needed to coordinate these various professionals to bring a project to completion in the specified time.
