Structure Solutions, LLC specialize in all phases of Masonry work and General Building.  This includes earthquake retro-fit work on both large and small projects. We also oversee and manage in-house trades such as framing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Our retro-fit knowledge is based upon our experience and involvement following Loma Lita and the 1994 Northridge, California earthquake.

            We are knowledgeable and have solid relationships with our clients, insurance adjusters, city engineers, FEMA, and architectural professionals as well as having the due diligence needed to coordinate these various professionals to bring a project to completion in the specified time.

We were originally called upon to assist Jon Siu (Chief engineer city of Seattle), Reid Middleton (Private engineering firm contracted by the city of Seattle to oversee and manage the earthquake building and planning division within the DCLU), and the code committee just after the 2001 Nisqually earthquake.

Consequently, during the past seven years we have completed numerous commercial projects in Seattle and surrounding areas including Blessed Sacrament Church & The Gregory Condominiums in Edmunds (both for Belfor Construction), At the University of Washington The Lothlorien Apartments (Charter Construction) and The Suzzallo Library (Turner Construction), The Olympic Reprographics and Palmer Court Buildings (for Ariel Development) downtown, across from Qwest Field.
